Seeking highly motivated office ninja who loves communicating with clients, subcontractors and employees; working on the computer; and helping facilitate projects from start to finish.
The ideal candidate would be someone who is interested in learning how to run a construction business from the ground up or who has some admin experience.
Some duties to expect:
*coordinating scheduling between clients, team members and subcontractors for estimates and jobs
*ordering materials and supplies for job sites
*making social media posts and/or adding pictures to our website
*communicating with clients on a daily basis
No experience needed, but If you have an entrepreneurial mindset and love to learn this would be a great place to start. Working remotely is an option.
Starting Pay: $16+/hr with a raise to $17/hr after 30 days employment
Hours: Mon-Friday, 9AM - 5 PM
Benefits: 40 hours of PTO per year after 30 days employment
